in all seriousness, these movies were most likely written for 8 year old boys. simple yet over the top. movie’s got the easiest jokes for any young tyke to giggle at, more so than even the older looney toon shorts. i remember watching this movie at an ‘el tacazo’ (possibly it east-los) and scarfing down sopes and horchata while arney kicked down doors, broke necks and cashed proverbial checks.
it was edited for tv, though, so i didn’t get to see the awesome boobage during the motel fight scene. i think that’s for the best. i wouldn’t want to have grow up and associate rockin’ tits with an impaled bill duke (of ‘sister act 2: back in the habit’ fame).
